RAWALPINDI (special crosspondent) – His Excellency Eskandar Momeni, Interior Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, held a high-level meeting with Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi on 21 July 2026. The discussions between the two officials focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation as part of broader regional economic and security integration.
