ISLAMABAD (special crosspondent) – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a warm and productive one-on-one meeting with Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Foreign Minister of the State of Kuwait, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday.

During the high-level engagement, the two leaders conducted a comprehensive review of the full spectrum of Pakistan–Kuwait bilateral relations. Both sides reaffirmed their shared commitment to further strengthening the longstanding brotherly partnership that exists between the two nations. This diplomatic exchange builds upon broader discussions on regional cooperation, much like recent bilateral strategic talks aimed at fostering stability and economic synergy.

The two foreign ministers held in-depth discussions on a range of pressing regional and international developments. A particular focus was placed on the rapidly evolving situation in the Middle East, a region currently witnessing significant geopolitical shifts, as noted in recent analysis regarding the worsening crisis in Palestine. Both leaders expressed their intent to maintain close coordination on global issues to ensure regional peace and security.
