Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Field Marshal Asim Munir Perform Umrah, Receive Special Access to Holy Kaaba

MAKKAH: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Field Marshal and Chief of Army Staff Syed Asim Munir, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Federal Ministers Khawaja Muhammad Asif and Attaullah Tarar, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Fatemi, and members of the Pakistani delegation performed Umrah in Makkah.

Before performing Umrah, the Prime Minister, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and the members of the delegation were granted the honour of a special visit inside the Holy Kaaba.

Following the completion of Umrah, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Field Marshal Asim Munir and the Pakistani delegation offered special prayers for Pakistan’s peace, progress, prosperity and economic stability. They also prayed for the unity and well-being of the Muslim Ummah and for lasting peace and stability in the region and across the world.

The delegation further prayed for the continued development of Pakistan and the welfare of its people.
