President to visit Bahrain from Jan 13-16

ISLAMABAD, Jan 12 (APP): President Asif Ali Zardari, accompanied by a high-level delegation will undertake an official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain from 13-16 January 2026.

During the visit, the president will hold meetings with King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain. The discussions will focus on bilateral, regional, and international issues of mutual interest.

According to a curtain-raiser issued by the foreign office spokesperson, the visit seeks to reinforce Pakistan’s longstanding cooperation with the brotherly Gulf nation while expanding opportunities for collaboration in trade and economic partnership, defence and security, and people-to-people ties.
