Saudi Environment Minister Meets Field Marshal Asim Munir at GHQ

RAWALPINDI, August 28: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Eng. Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen AlFadley, called on Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces (COAS & CDF), at General Headquarters (GHQ), Rawalpindi, on Friday.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), matters of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting.

Field Marshal Asim Munir highlighted the deep-rooted brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening the longstanding strategic partnership between the two countries.

The Saudi dignitary appreciated Pakistan’s positive role in promoting regional peace and stability and expressed his desire to enhance cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, particularly in the fields of agriculture and environmental sustainability.
