ISLAMABAD (special crosspondent) – President Asif Ali Zardari on Sunday formally approved the conferment of the Nishan-i-Khidmat award upon Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary General of the Muslim World League (MWL).
